The Special High

Lamont is a 13 year old AQHA gelding, registered black. He sheds off black in the summer but is brown in the winter. Lamont is a solid 2D horse. He never hits a barrel. I've owned him for 2 years and he has only hit one barrel completely out of rider error. He always puts you in the money. I have won several average buckles and checks on him. He would be perfect for the confident rider that wants to go have fun and always have a chance to be in the money. I taught my husband to ride on this horse. My brother who has never riden a barrel horse has been running him while I'm pregnant and he has been running in the 2D with every run clean so far. Lamont lunges, baths, and loads in and out of the trailer like a prefect gentleman. He stands for the shoer. While allow to be clipped with clippers if you take it slow. I long trot him in an open field and arena with no fences. He's a try hard horse with a lot of heart. He only takes a confident rider because he gets excited at the gate. He is a powerful horse that works best with light hands. He has never reared, bucked, bit, or kicked! He is a very sweet horse and deserves a good home! Will consider trades but would rather sell him outright.
