Victory to Jess aka: " Abbie" 2001' Bay AQHA Mare: This is a seasoned, automatic, solid 2/3D barrel mare.   She has been all-around the country in all types of ground, all types of pens, and she lays down the same exact run every single time.  This mare is a a big, easy, uncomplicated, free runner style.  She will run 1/2D locally and in the youth class, and has placed consistently in the 2D just about anywhere - even the big NBHA shows.   Finished 3rd for the year in the 2D standings UBRC year end standings - consistently earning points in 33 of 40 runs.  This mare is fit and ready, she’s in great weight and health, and ready for whichever rider she is going to teach the ropes to next.   She is an absolute doll to be around, the most adorable, kind personality.   No nonsense whatsoever, behaves like a gelding.  Loves being in the barn, but happy turned out as well, hauls anywhere, no vices, babysitter quiet.   She has the most no nonsense, same run every time, no matter what goes on attitude.   Easy for a youth to keep legged up and do slow work on.   Rides outside quiet, happy to trail ride, check cows, etc.   A good, solid, youth or amateur or older lady barrel mare   Someone that wants to be competitive, but also have fun and enjoy themselves, will absolutely love owning this mare!  If you need one solid and been-there done-that, in a reasonable price range, to load and go - this is your girl! She requires her coffin joint to be injected every 3-6 months depending on how much you haul her. She would make a great step up horse for a youth rider but she’s powerful so she needs someone to jockey her a little. My 14yr Old daughter has won numerous 1D/2D buckles and money off this mare, but my daughter is ready to move onto training some younger horses. We don’t want to sell her, but she loves her job so much and has taught my girls so much and is a great confidence builder. Abbie got my daughter to the BBR world finals and national little britches finals coming up this year.
