Yearling palomino filly out of reining lines Hollywood Dun it on sire side and running thoroughbred Storm Cat on bottom side. This filly is very athletic, has a very nice disposition, and already 60 days of training. She is an all around prospect. Take her a t direction you want, barrels, reining, roping etc! She is bred to work! This is very nice example of an appendix Quarter Horse yearling. This is a 13.1 hand Quarter Horse yearling! This filly is by Dun It In Platinum. A Cremello son of Hollywood Dun It. Her dam is Tax Breaker, a SIX figure earning race horse with 9 wins, 8 2nds and 7 3rds! She’s also already got 60 days of training work with her. Message for more info and I think you’ll be very pleasantly surprised.
Her dam is exactly the kind of Thoroughbred you want to breed to a Quarter Horse sire. The first thing you look for if you want to make an appendix QH is you need a TB with sprinter speed. Her dam was that, a very good sprinter that made over $100,000 on the track. Next you want one that ran as a 2 year old. Not only did this fillys momma run as a 2 year old but she won her very first race! It was a $35,000 purse 5 furlong (sprinter distance) and a full 10 horse field and she dusted them. Thats called breaking your maiden and she only ever got to run in one maiden race because she won immediately. Once a race horse wins their first race they no longer get to run against non winners so all of her 8 2nd place finished, 7 3rd place finishes were against real tough competition of which she continued winning finishing her career with 9 wins! The next 2 races as a 2 year old were both STAKES races with near $100,000 purses in each. She also was a very sound race horse, meaning she avoided getting injured and probably has really good bone. She ran each year from her 2 year old campaign all the way to her 6 year old campaign and that last year she ran 15 races from January to October running ever single month of the year sometimes 3 times per month. There is so much to like about this fillys potential.
