3 year old on track for 2023 futurities. She ties well, moves great, doesn’t buck. Loads and unloads. Hauls well. She had 60 days with Rebecca Gonzalez and another 60 with Janet Stover (2001 World Champion Barrel Racer). I have been riding her myself since then. Has been hauled some. Videos on 8/24, a nice easy lope through at a new arena, 9/1 (larger covered pen) and 9/14 (outdoor pen).
Sire: the late Royal and Famous is a son of Go Royal Scarlett (3x NFR qualifier with LTE 400k) and Dash Ta Fame (all time leading barrel horse sire). He ran the fastest time of the 2014 BFA and had an LTE of about 75k in his short career (died in a tragic accident).
Dam: Chicks Quick Nugget took me to two CNFRs out of the Southern Region in TEXAS (she made every single short go my senior year) and had an LTE of about 60K. She was 15th in the nation at the CNFR in 2017. She made the CPRA finals in 2017 (the only year I went to them on her) and was a 1D standout her entire career. She retired SOUND and is still sound at 22. She has one foal of age and he is a 1D derby champion and a 1D open horse.
Chicks Quick Nugget is a full sister to Chicks Quick Molly, ridden by Sophia Palmore, who made the finals at The American and went to the NFR. Dam’s dad, Ol Yellow Nugget, has had a limited foal crop but sired several 1D winners including Ol Doc, a 1D standout with Dusky Lynn Hall and Loryn Piersol Meyer.
